Haus Theda

Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Cozy apartment to feel good

The apartment is particularly impressive due to its good location. Kropp is an ideal starting point for excursions to the North and Baltic Seas (about 30 minutes by car). Furthermore, popular cities such as Husum, Schleswig, Rendsburg Flensburg and Kiel can be reached quickly due to the good highway connection. The place itself has various recreational facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and restaurants. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and business travelers.

Feel at home in other rooms for a short time!

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Welcome to the "Weideblick apartment"! Here you will be greeted in the morning by the deer. The small but beautiful town of Stenten attracts with peace and nature. Our apartment is just the thing for nature lovers with or without a dog. Next door is the historic water mill. Shopping and restaurants can be found just one town away. Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with toddlers, solo travelers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters looking for seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Our approx. 52sqm apartment invites you to relax in the middle of Schleswig Holstein. Apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is central but still quiet. It has ensuite entrance with entrance area, one bedroom with double bed. The living area is equipped with seating such as a dining table with chairs, a bench, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has wc/shower .
