No animals are allowed. No smoking in the house. Tenants must bring their own bed linens, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Electricity consumption is settled at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day at normal consumption).

There are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room downstairs - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..

It has been newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary grill in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cupboards, 55” flat screen TV, Langeland has a golf course, horseback riding, art, galleries, beautiful beaches and the wildest nature.
