The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Shopping and a harbor environment are only a few minutes' drive away, which is lively during the summer months. The house is on 2 floors, with a cozy atmosphere in retro style. Here are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room on the ground floor - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..

The boat house

Home away from home... Sit back, enjoy the view and let the calm down. The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, hot plate, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boat house is located as a separate home from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The home is decorated in an old smithy with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. The garden offers great views of the open field towards a nearby manor. Both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are less than a half hour drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for bike rides in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
