Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Unique accommodation only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Newly renovated cottage with new bathroom. The house is located on one of the many cultural-historically valuable farms in the old town of Östanfors in Falun. 2 km to Lugnet (9 minutes by car). 50 meters to water with the possibility of swimming and next door is the cozy park Kålgården. There is a sandy beach (not official swimming area), large playground, beach volleyball court, barbecue area, tables, benches, mini golf, boule court, outdoor gym and large dog yard.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Newly-built apartment in pool house 800 meters from Lugnet

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Med bil tar du dig på en halvtimme till Carl-Larssongården, Bjursås skicenter, Nysjöns fäbod och Falu gruva.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our detached cottage of 24 m² with its own terrace, located in a quiet residential area. The cottage is practically and comfortably furnished. Free parking 30 min to Romme Alpin. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed and coffee table, small folding dining table with 3 chairs, bathroom with toilet & shower. Kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels are available, the guest makes their own. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

At Lärfarsgården, you live in a rural environment near Lake Varpan (swimming area 3-minute walk) with the possibility of canoeing, fishing or long-distance skating. You can cycle/hike in scenic forest areas with amazing views. Eggs are available to buy directly from Lärfarsgården's own chickens.
