Adorable Airbnb for solo travelers looking to stay outside the loop for a change! Wish I had more time this trip; would definitely stay here again. This was convenient to the blue line, Logan square, which I’ve always wanted to check out, and to the Chicago 13.1 event I was in town for. Love the back patio, too! Thank you!!

We had such a great stay! Absolutely beautiful remodeled flat that felt clean and homey and met every need. Brett was quick to respond and super helpful with all our questions. I would most definitely recommend this place to others!

We had an enjoyable time at Sam’s BnB. Nice space, great location and comfortable atmosphere. The commuter train runs during rush hours and not at night. The noise was minimal at the front of the unit, and not noticeable at all in the bedrooms, which are located at the back. Sam was responsive and a good host. We hope there are openings the next time we travel to Chicago. We will not hesitate to rent again!

We loved our stay! It was so clean and very close to public transit! We navigated the trains to and from Cicero into Chicago NP! We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb!!!

We loved the place. Tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Sadot was quick to respond and extremely helpful. And the location--close to the CTA, many wonderful restaurants, shops, and parks--is fantastic.

Great location, very walkable to numerous restaurants and nearby the Blue Line train station too. The space was clean and had nice furnishings.

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

First time staying at an Air Bnb and it was amazing. Instructions were very clear and the place had everything we needed!

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

Great Stay in a Perfect Location We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just 4 to 5 blocks (or less) from excellent restaurants and the train. Daniel and Carrie were wonderful hosts—responsive and quick to answer any questions. For dining, I highly recommend Lula Cafe, Same Day Cafe, and Mi Tocaya, which is literally just steps away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home for anyone visiting Chicago!

Adam was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay. The house was clean and the house is easily accessible to everything. Would definitely recommend!

We loved Megan’s place! It’s adorably decorated and very cozy. We felt at home during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking dinner one night. Checking in and out was really simple. You’re not immediately by the train, but it’s a quiet safe neighborhood and there’s a little park across the street and a cute coffee shop a short walk from the house. As was clearly indicated by the hosts, it’s notably warmer upstairs than it is downstairs (we stayed in November) but it wasn’t a real issue. Would happily stay here again.

We loved Nora’s apartment! It was perfect for two adults and an infant. The pack n play plus high chair were huge helps to have on-site. The free laundry in building laundry was also fantastic. The apartment is charming, clean and close proximity to the park and main strip of restaurants and shops in Lincoln Square. We would definitely stay at Nora’s again.

A Designer’s Dream – Absolute Perfection! This home is truly exceptional—every detail reflects thoughtful design and top-tier quality. It’s a designer’s dream, with stunning décor, a comfortable and beautifully clean space, and every amenity you could possibly need. The furnishings and finishes are stylish and well appointed, making the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. But the real showstopper? The backyard! It’s like a second living room—lush, tranquil, and designed for ultimate comfort and enjoyment. We loved spending time out there and honestly didn’t want to leave. It's so much better than anything a hotel could even begin to provide! We will absolutely be back!

Our stay was fantastic. We have three children and everyone was comfortable. The location was perfect, the hosts were clear communicators and quick to respond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a fabulous place to stay! My brother and I could easily walk to the "L" and head downtown. The pizza place right downstairs was delicious - we ate there twice in three days! The beds were comfortable, the couch and living room set up was cozy. I would absolutely stay there again!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

Great place, highly recommend. The area is the best in Chicago, surrounded by great restaurants, but the unit is still quiet. Everything is as described and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

Pablo was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, even volunteering to have us check in early. His place was spacious (can accommodate 4-5 people) and comfortable. . . really a home away from home. Had everything we needed for a 5-day stay . . washer/dryer a plus! Parking can be a challenge, but using SPOT Hero helped us identify available spots. While next to the train, the train noise was more like white noise and did not disturb us. Would definitely stay again!
