Had a great stay. The house looked just like the pictures and the location was great for visiting Hocking Hills

Sarah's place was so cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this place to any friend and hope we can come back soon!The hot tub was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway! Plenty of room to park, And there's a cute little picnic table in firing outside.

As before, another great stay at Orchard Gables at the Zenner House! My daughter and I came down to OU for sibs weekend to visit our other daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

Perfect place to stay. We really just needed somewhere to sleep since we planned on hiking most of our trip. The place was clean and had things to do at the property too. The host provided recommendations and travel guides to help. Extremely close to the state park!

Fantastic Airbnb! Highly recommend. It was spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the downtown location was ideal. It was quiet, with convenient parking. We walked/ran on the Lancaster Bike Path and explored highlights in the area: Hocking Hills State Park, Columbus, and Hopewell Culture National Historical Park. Thank you Matt, Bradley, for making this a welcoming stay!

Cindy has an amazing place to stay that was easily accessible for my family. Although we had a-lot of running around for my son’s graduation, it was nice to have a place to go back to rest up. Sorry we didn’t have time to meet face to face, but Cindy answered any emails promptly. We definitely recommend Cindy’s place to our friends that have children at Ohio U and want a close place to stay in the future. If we ever plan a trip back, we w look yo book again. Cozy spot in quiet, small town Albany above a lively corner cafe. We stayed here for a month during the holidays to visit nearby family and enjoyed our stay. Gregg has added a ton of thoughtful touches (decor, comfy blankets/pillows, plenty of seating) that make for a nice area to hangout, large beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor above a cafe at an intersection so there is some neighborly noise but it’s great for a coffee lovers waking up to the smell of freshly roasted and steps from the cafe. Gregg is extremely responsive and friendly for any/all requests and messages. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom stay near Athens

It's a bargain, 30 minutes to Hocking Hills, 20 mins to Athens. Only $39 a night for your own fully furnished studio . Includes kitchen and full size washer/dryer and flat screen tv. You can even build a fire out back in the fire pit if you wish. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. For comparison pricing most camping spots in Hocking Hills go for $30-40 a night. I will definitely be going back. BTW great hiking in Hocking Hills during the day and great restaurants in Athens in the nightime

Great little apartment to stay in Athens! Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend in town! Just 2 miles from uptown made it easy to get to and from.

Hosts Brenda and Deborah were extremely warm, welcoming, and flexible! We were on a short trip for a graduation at Ohio University, about 12 minutes away. Due to delayed flights and 1.5 hour drive from Columbus Airport, we didn't arrive until 10:30pm, and Deb was waiting on the porch to greet us and get us settled. Very much appreciated! Communication was great, including directions (by phone) re: the country roads in the dark. The space is large, as described and seen in photos, sort of a "basement apartment" in a gorgeous area, very peaceful. The place and hosts are down-to-earth, as we had hoped, making our stay lovely and enjoyable. 😊 Thank you!

Great little apartment close to campus! Everything was clean and kitchen looked pretty well stocked for weekend needs. Bathroom was nice, even had soaps, shampoo, conditioner and a little box of toiletries in case you forgot anything from home. Will definitely book again!

Spacious enough for one or two people. I usually stay far away from anyone, but being behind their house really wasn't an issue. 20 minutes outside Athens. Check out the nearby rural grocery store, which still has a non-electronic gas pump!

The apartment was the perfect size for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Only wish there was more area around the pond to fish, but it was so nice to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature!

We were in town for a graduation. It was so nice to be so close to everything within walking distance. It was also nice to be able to unwind in a homelike environment vs a hotel room between all the ongoing events. All the instructions were so easy to follow and any questions were answered immediately. We would definitely book again should we ever come back to Athens.

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

I would highly recommend this to anyone! This place was phenomenal and quiet and peaceful. Christine and Matt went beyond what anyone would expect. A lot of extra’s that you would not expect, like smores for the fire out back, snacks and drinks, a cheesecake, tooth paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extremely clean, extra blankets, pillows, robes, many towels, this place is extra clean, quiet. There is a hot tub, and a fire pit for the relaxing evenings. We will return without hesitation. Thank you Matt and Christine you two are the best, and very appreciated more than you know. Thank you again.

What a wonderful retreat! I stayed by myself as a little momma get away and it was perfect. The Zucchini bread is as good as everyone says! The hot tub was wonderful! The hosts were extremely responsive whenever I needed anything and really helpful! There are even games and toys for kids/toddlers if that is what you’re doing. I of course was vacationing FROM the kids toys lol but I love that if we go back there are things for the kids. Be advised that this is a basement apartment so you’ll hear footsteps and sometimes muffled voices just like you would in any house. It didnt bother me at all! The views are spectacular and the property is just so peaceful. 10/10 would recommend for sure!!

We enjoyed our stay. Matt did a great job with the vibe. We loved the open space, lighting, music, TVs, pool table and darts. Great comfortable bed! Excellent proximity to downtown. Matt was excellent at communicating and completely accommodating.
