Basement offers another bedroom area within the living room, full bath and large laundry room. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, patio and fire pit. Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

Frankie's Lakefront House

Be our guest at the sister house of Phoebe’s and Roxies Modern lakefront home. This place was recently, renovated by a prominent Columbus architect. Open first-floor layout with views to open water. Enjoy our outside screened-in patio with couch, table, and chairs. Gas grill with propane overlooking the water. The best master bed! You will not find a nicer home or a better view of the lake. Come see for yourself! You can also stay at Phoebes Lakefront house 8 minutes away and also lakefront!

Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.
