Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

Cozy guest house next to the golf course!

Welcome to our lovely guest house located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhem's Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf, you have 20 meters to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23-minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and easily sleeps 4 people. There is room for up to 5 if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and simple kitchen in the cottage. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest. Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Experience a uniquely preserved farm on the border of Svartedalen Nature Reserve. Large garden and proximity to lakes and amazing nature, forest with mushrooms and berries. Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm, there are hens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have Gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has a simple standard, with well-preserved charm.

Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle are available in the cottages. Service house with running water, toilet and newly built shower is about 40 meters away.
