This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Secluded Woodland Getaway Near Athens

Farm life meets woodland paradise in this cabin set among the trees near our homestead. Hiking trails, a small 3 season creek, abundant wildlife, as well as farm animals. Acadia Cliffs Treehouse Cabin

This 560 sq. foot treehouse cabin is situated on 20 acres surrounded by the Acadia Cliff Wildlife Preserve. While here, hike to the Millstone Quarry for a bit of Ohio history and visit the OU campus and surrounding city of Athens. Be sure to stop by the Athens Farmer's Market on Wednesday's and Saturdays!
