We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in dieser großartigen Unterkunft verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen – die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Pool und auf der anderen Seite auf den See – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen! Der private Eingang zur Unterkunft sorgt für viel Privatsphäre, und das gesamte Resort ist sehr gepflegt und sicher – mit Schranke, Wachmann und sogar einem eigenen Zugang zum See. Für Familien ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Uitstekend appartement. Schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken, twee nette slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Airco werkt goed. Het dakterras is super en er zijn voldoende stoelen. Wij waren met 2 personen. Zwembad is heerlijk en in juni warm genoeg. Drukte viel nog mee omdat niet alle woningen bezet waren. Er zin enkele restaurants op loopafstand (10 - 12 minuten). Enige tip is dat er op het dakterras wel een parasol of luifel mag zijn. Dan zou ik het appartement een 10 geven, nu een 9,5.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Davids lejlighed ligger med en smuk udsigt til havet i Arenales del Sol. Lejlighedskomplekset er enormt flot, rent og med masser af faciliteter. De dejligste swimmingpools, herunder børnepool med legetårn og rutsjebaner. Man kan tage elevatorer og gå ned til stranden på ca. 10 minutter. Stranden er meget flot. Der ligger flere restauranter omkring. Indtjekning var nem, og lejligheden var flot og ren med faciliteter til en tumling.

Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia , la urbanización es muy cómoda y la playa está a 10 minutos andando y es muy buena playa. Hay buenos restaurantes para llegar dando un paseo y los niños han disfrutado tanto con la pista de pádel como con la de fútbol. Nos gustaría repetir !

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Hielke’s villa is gorgeous and very well equipped. It has so many terraces that guests are guaranteed to catch the sun on one of them at some stage during the day. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the lagoon. There are still quite a lot of building works being carried out in the resort but in the next few years when building is completed the resort will be amazing. Apart from a small section to the front left of Hielke’s villa, building works are completed in the area of his villa. The chirungita bar on the lagoon appears to open only at weekends and sections of the lagoon are closed off during the week depending on the availability of lifeguards so that is disappointing. However this may be rectified once the entire resort has been completed. A supermarket on site would be a huge advantage to guests of the resort, hopefully that will be added in the future. Regardless of these, Hielke’s villa and the resort itself are incredible and very beautiful places to stay

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again

Everything went great, the apartment looked just like the photo. Cozy neighborhood Communication with the owner was nice There was a problem with the internet that the owner quickly solved The internet is fast. There is also a workplace near the window Thank you😉

Todo muy bien , Lars siempre pendiente . Como dicen otros comentarios , la casa es aún mejor q en las fotos . Muy limpio todo .. Recomiendo mucho si buscas unas vacaciones familiares ..
