Family-friendly vacation rentals in Locos Beach

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

This place was the highlight of our trip. The place was spotless, well equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor area and very peaceful. The hosts were wonderful to deal with.

As soon as we arrived at Jörg's house, we immediately fell in love with his house and even asked to extend our stay. The beautiful nature and pine forests that surround us. 10 minutes walk down a shady alley to the beach. An atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Silence. Security. Excellent contact with neighbors. My dog is delighted. And actually the house looks even better than in the photo. Thank you so much, Jörg! We didn't want to leave your house.

A lovely house with almost everything you need. We did miss having an oven, as there was only a charcoal grill. Communication was absolutely fantastic – very welcoming and informative throughout. The house is super nice, in a quiet area close to shops, workout options, and relatively close to the beach. We could definitely see ourselves coming back!

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Julia is really friendly. She is attentive to our questions and resolves them quickly. The location is quiet with ocean views, allowing you to sleep with the sound of the sea.

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

was in a very central location which made it great for travel. but that did mean it was very noisy at night and early morning. However that wasn't a big issue for us. place was clean and well stocked, with some amenities. It was clean overall but some beer was left in the fridge so not sure if that was intentional or had been overlooked. if you want to cook need to bring some of the basics as not all are provided. the host was very helpful at all times and even let us check in much earlier as our checkout time was very early morning. response time to messages was great. would definetly stay again if visiting. thank you Celeste and Sarah also!!

Had a great stay in this house with great facilities. Location is also great nearby the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Will come back!

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing few days at these apartments. Beautifully maintained inside and out and close to all the amenities of Villamartin Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
