La Torre è il nostro alloggio speciale che permette di sovrastare non solo la proprietà ma l’intera Valle d’Itria. Si sviluppa su due piani, a piano terra è presente il soggiorno. Il piano rialzato si raggiunge con la scala in rovere. L’intima camera da letto matrimoniale è impreziosita da una grande finestra affacciata sui coni dei trulli secolari e da una porta finestra che si apre sul balcone, si rimane incantati dal panorama verde che si estende da Locorotondo fino a Martina.
