Beautiful location in great area. House is close to the beach. Lots of nature, small villages and tranquility. Recommended to relax or to go out and about. The cottage with two toilet and two bedrooms offers enough space for four people.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Viviane's. The house is nicely decorated and the top floor is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. The rooms are a good size and match the photos. The backyard is also. Viviane was very responsive and It was very easy to check into. I would highly recommend the home.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had a great time at the Manoir de Toulvern farm. The house, beautifully renovated, is very comfortable in a beautiful and very quiet place. The place is ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Morbihan. We had a very friendly and attentive welcome from our hosts who gave us clear instructions. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this property!

Listing is as described. We found it easily and check-in was a breeze. We received all the necessary information the day before by message, everything was clear and detailed. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped, you feel really good there. Although small, the space is intelligently arranged which makes the stay comfortable. Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is highly recommended for it. Thank you so much for having us. We had a pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for walks between the wild coast and the bay of quiberon. I haven't forgotten the superb waterfront view which alone deserves all the stars.

A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese and fish shops), Céline's house is a peaceful oasis. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we had a long weekend with the family that was absolutely ideal. I'll just point out the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was there to answer the small questions upon arrival. Nothing to say, just enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a lovely stay with friends at this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie who managed our stay is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own bedroom, beautiful TV room and games for children. The garden was also successful for aperitifs, barbecues and relaxation for adults and space for children to run. In short, a magnificent stay! Thank you Murielle
