On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchenette, a dining area, and a living room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, and there's high-speed fiber optic internet. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms. The first has two 90x200 cm beds. The second has a king-size bed (160x200 cm). All mattresses are new and were built in 2025.
