Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 3 Queen rooms, 1 with a private ensuite. All rooms are tastefully appointed with lovely furnishings. We have a bunk room for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded, quiet and tranquil feel. We've been listed as one of the best places to stay in Albany by the 'Perth is Ok' website. The house is light, open plan and surrounded by lush courtyard gardens. There is a spacious deck with couches to enjoy warm afternoons in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing. There is 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 queen bed. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. This is under roof. 2 Radiators are provided in winter as well as electric blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Really lovely stay with lovely views of the vines out the back of the property. High quality furnishings and very well stocked kitchen! Had everything we needed for our stay and easy self check-in process! Highly recommend Bianca and Jamie’s Farmstay!

So grateful to have found this delightful hideaway and my only cause for complaint is that I had to leave it! Lou has considered every detail and perfected her guest's experience and I will definitely be back.

Such an amazing place to stay, even prettier then described. Had lots of small spaces for people to hang out on their own. So clean and tidy, plenty of blankets and aircon to keep everyone warm. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We stayed three nights in this really lovely home. It was just my husband and I but could easily have had a large family or two more couples stay. The house had all we needed and was spotlessly clean. The view from the lounge and main bedroom was beautiful. It was a quiet street and the access to town was easy. It was lovely to come back to the house after a full day of investigating the area and what Albany has to offer.

Fantastic location, great host and unbelievable value for money. we loved the accommodation. it was clean, modern and well set up for small groups or families. Very close to town and walking distance to major shopping precinct. we loved our stay and will be back in the future.
