The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

Cozy apartment with sitting area in front of the entrance in a quiet residential area. Nearby are a playground and soccer field. Nearby dirt roads invite you to stroll and hike. Kleinsachsenheim offers a small center with shopping, banks, bus stops, etc. Sachsenheim with outdoor pool, shops, museums and train station can be reached by bus, bike or on foot. Centrally located between Ludwigsburg, Stuttgart, Heilbronn and the Zabergäu, excursions can be planned well.

The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Vacation home on the winery

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

This special attic apartment can accommodate 4 people (and 1 toddler). Children and pets are welcome. Enjoy the balcony with umbrella and awning, the smart TV, coffee, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, the dishwasher and much more. Located directly on the A 81 and with S-Bahn connection, the apartment is ideal for business travelers, families, vacationers and for excursions to Stuttgart and the surrounding area. You will stay centrally yet quietly.

The entire house was renovated in the 1st renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments were furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage, and there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
