Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

The lodge was unbelievably beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like a dream and the host was great. Made sure we had what we needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Probably one of the best views we’ve had while enjoying our breakfast. Would absolutely recommend East Lodge and will have to come back

Sehr schönes AirBnB mit einem tollen Blick und einer großartigen Terrasse! Kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: ein Föhn, damit man sich die Haare trocknen kann (ein Reiseföhn ist mittlerweile sonst kaum noch notwendig und angesichts des Preises wäre ein Föhn auch angemessen).

We spent a wonderful week at Hollybank with our kids & extended family. Hollybank is situation in a beautiful Glen - it’s remote, peaceful & set amongst a stunning backdrop of mountains. We loved: - The peaceful area - Spacious/modern house - Well equipped kitchen - STUNNING views!

We have a lovely stay and enjoyed the amazing views!! Elizabeth was incredibly responsive and quick to help when we needed anything. We would highly recommend! There are two small things to just be aware of in advance. 1) There are quite a few stairs getting down to the home. Just a caution for anyone with mobility impairments. 2) Selecting “get directions” through Apple Maps or Google Maps in the listing link does not take you to the correct place, nor does manually typing the address. You can get there by using the home’s coordinates or searching for Auchenheglish Mid Lodge.

What an amazing flat! We came for a wedding in the area and this was a perfect place stay. The views are unreal from the flat and there is a great outdoor area for sitting with a wine and admiring the loch. In addition, the flat was clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. 10/10 recommend Christine’s place!

The accommodation has everything you need and a lot more besides. It’s incredibly comfortable in every aspect. Views from the decking of the loch are stunning. We had a most enjoyable stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury accommodation in a beautiful and tranquil location.

Rosie’s place is a clear 100/10. Highly recommend her home for the perfect base location for our Scottish holiday. Photos matched the location perfectly, but what is not seen in the photos is how warm, inviting, comfortable and cozy the entire home is. Rosie is an incredible host, her personal touches made our stay remarkable. This was the first home on our holiday where we stayed in, just because of the amazing comfort it held. We appreciated the clear instructions on how to work everything in the home and the eggs, bread, milk and bacon left for us. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for all of our needs. Cleaning was far superior to any location we’ve stayed at in all of our travels. These Canadian travellers give you hearty thanks for making us feel right at home, thank you! 🩷

Prachtig, ruim huis dat mooi verzorgd en schoon is. Omheinde grote tuin zodat kinderen (en hond) rustig buiten kunnen spelen. Heel veel voorzieningen aanwezig, prachtige uitzichten over het meer vanuit de eetkamer, veranda en het balkon boven. Vriendelijke host, reageert snel en heeft tips voor de omgeving. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Wij raden het zeker aan. NB: Aanlegsteiger die in advertentie wordt genoemd is niet bij het huis. Huis zelf zit op de heuvel met uitzicht op het meer, dat 5 minuten naar beneden lopen is.

Beautiful views overlooking the loch. Very peaceful and quiet location. Great base for exploring the highlands. House was lovely and clean, very comfy beds and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Booked this for a stag do for 9 guys and we had a great time (A few had to share double beds!) The pool table, hot tub, darts, kayaks etc were brilliant to keep us entertained. The house was immaculate and very spacious. We really appreciated the free drinks in the fridge on arrival, as we arrived a little late. I would definitely recommend for a group getaway!

Leadburn ist ein wundervoller Ort in der Nähe von Edinburgh. Die Ankunft war durch die gute Wegbeschreibung unkompliziert, und die etwas versteckte Lage des Hauses ist schlicht großartig. Theresa hat uns sehr nett empfangen, und in dem schönen, großzügig dimensionierten Haus mit einer auch für eine große Gruppe vollständig ausgestatteter Küche haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt; für uns (4 Personen) war das Platzangebot schlicht luxuriös. Die Lage an einem kleinen Gewässer ist wunderbar, so dass man versucht ist, gar nicht erst nach Edinburgh (oder in andere Gegenden) zu fahren, sondern nur die unmittelbare Umgebung zu genießen und zu erkunden. Alles in allem eine große Empfehlung, wenn man ein paar Tage in der Nähe von Edinburgh und zugleich in einer - im positiven Sinne - abgeschiedenen Lage inmitten der Natur verbringen möchte!

Una casa molto bella, accogliente, efficiente, ampia con tanti comfort. Le fotografie sono super fedeli. Grande quantità di stoviglie, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e utilissima asciugatrice! Spazi ampi, siamo stati in sei!! Tre bagni completi è stato il massimo Julie molto presente con discrezione e gentilezza. 5/5 come votazione

10/10 Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sir Stuart’s house. Everything was perfect from start to finish—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for the whole family. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of Fingask, which was a real highlight of the trip. We all loved it so much that we’re already looking at dates to return once the weather warms up. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kerrycroy Cottage in Aberfeldy, couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful views from every window especially the sitting room and only a 15 min walk to the village. Plenty of walks in stunning surrounding countryside....would highly recommend if you're looking for peace and tranquility and the hosts Henry and Marion are on call for everything you need...

What an absolute gem of a property. Upon walking in I was gobsmacked by the beauty of it. It was all so immaculately clean too. The kitchen was a lovely size with a gorgeous window seat for someone to sit at whilst the other cooked. The view is AMAZING from the seat. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked plenty with no issues. We also used the bbq whilst we were here which we were really impressed with. In fact my husband wants to upgrade ours after using it. The dining room is spectacular also with plenty of space - it feels super homely and there are lots of board games and garden games that are there to use. We didn’t really use the dining room as we had the most beautiful weather whilst we’ve been staying. The lounge is snug and comfy - we did watch a film in it on the last night and we were all very comfortable. The bedrooms are lovely and beds extremely comfortable too. We cannot wait to stay again. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The house is beautiful and in a great location right next to the water. Everything is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The views over the water are so relaxing. The Kilcreggan cafe and The Creggans pub serve lovely food. The decking area outside is great to sit and relax. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful location ideal base for exploring area. Accomodation is first class, the Edwardian wing is spacious and tastefully decorated with every facility you may need. Our hosts Damon and Renate were very welcoming and easy to contact. I would recommend them without hesitation to my closest friends and family and will definitely revisit in the future.

Jason and Mairi were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay always ready to assist and make sure everything was perfect. The house itself was so welcoming and cozy, the view from the living room is amazing. Thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we could possibly need. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Highly recommends them.

Extremely beautiful house! We loved our stay in this gorgeous house outside of Oban. Great for larger families traveling together! We all had our own rooms and three bathrooms! We were able to easily park our two cars in the driveway. Very easy to get to Oban just down the road for restaurants, groceries or the ferry. We used this as a home base to explore western Scotland and the highlands. Would definitely recommend! Only wish the hot tub had been disclosed on the listing and included in the rental price!

Ross was a great host and very quickly attended to a couple of issues we had on arrival. We are a group of 4 retired couples and the house and surrounding areas were just what we wanted to bring in the New Year!
