Lovely lady, Jackie. I was welcomed by her who explained clearly about how to settle in. I went to the west coast of Scotland to take photos. As such I would get out of my hiding before sunrise and would get back in after dark. I just wanted a clean, safe and peaceful place to rest before the next day. Jackie's place provided me with that. A Truly Unforgettable Stay – Like Visiting Family in Scotland. Our stay at John’s B&B in Kinlochleven was nothing short of exceptional. After a long and rainy walk, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that it truly felt like coming home. John went above and beyond to help us get dry and comfortable again – his hospitality was genuine, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated. The room was incredibly cozy, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and everything – from the bathroom to the kitchen – was spotless. You can tell this home is cared for with great pride & attention to detail. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and set us up perfectly for the next day’s walk. It wasn’t just the food, but the way John seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. His intuitive sense of when to offer a friendly chat or when to give space was remarkable. It felt more like visiting a beloved Uncle John in Scotland than staying at a B&B. It was a truly heartwarming experience. Thanks.

We had a wonderful evening at Maggie's place. We had spent a wet day hiking in Glencoe, so it was so nice to arrive to a clean place to stay. Our room was spacious and we were very comfortable. Our bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The views from our room were spectacular! Our in room breakfast was an added bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Jane was very friendly and helpful. We felt very much at home at the farm. Great for couples looking for a peaceful place with a great view.

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.

Delny glamping stay was one of our best among the many places in Scotland that we stayed in. Not only was the place unique in how it looked and what it offered, it was just amazing in every way imaginable. The cottage was neat and felt cozy and peaceful. We only stayed there for a night and wish we had reached a little earlier to make the most of our stay there but no complains with the place as such. Highly recommended.

Staying at Neil's was great! He was helpful with suggestions for hikes and directions. They provided a wonderful breakfast and the town was lovely, the views amazing. Thanks Neil for a terrific stay!

We stayed at Jayne and Ross’s BnB for our honeymoon, and couldn’t have asked for a more delightful space! The room was large (kind bed, two arm chairs by the window, a desk, armoir) and had a lovely view over the loch. And the bathroom was what dreams are made of - great shower (water pressure!), and claw footed tub, makeup space, and tons of room. And the general home has wonderful decor and charm (think pull strings for lights in the bathroom). Breakfasts were easy, and Ross even gave us a tour of his bagpipe shop next door! And great access to both Isle of Skye and daytrips north. One of the top Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at.

This really was the best place to stay! First, you have a great host. Lawrence is accommodating, helpful, and great conversation. He made dinner reservations before we even got there. The restaurants were amazing! The actual stay was restful and we had some of the best sleep of our trip. There was also really nice lounge area and we spent hours talking to others! This is truly a gem and we hope to go at least one more time in our lifetime.

Carolyn and Ben are very kind Hosts. They truly care about their guests and we felt welcome and at home. The place is so peaceful and cosy, it was almost difficult to leave. We would highly recommend this place!

Great place in Dufftown, thanks for the good times!

What a perfect little stop! The room was clean, larger than expected, and otherwise exactly as described. We even had a lovely view of the marina and Dunstaffnage castle. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. It’s a few short minutes out of Oban, and we loved getting out of the tourist bustle. The restaurant was clean and well-appointed, the hosts were clear and friendly, and overall everything was great.

Morag's place was great! We were immediately comfortable. The breakfast provided was amazing, we didn't want for anything. The view from the room is beautiful and the area is quiet. We recommend a car if you rent this listing.

We had a great stay with Chris! The location was ideal…only a ~7min walk to the bridge and access to restaurants and other city offerings. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with yummy snacks (& even a little whiskey!). Chris definitely knows how to make a delicious made-to-order breakfast! I appreciated his communication l, not just during our stay but even before our arrival, making some great suggestions of places to see along our drive to Inverness. Chris is a wonderful host…we enjoyed chatting with him each day!

Another wonderful stay at South Kinaldy House with Sheila and Thomas! Sheila consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests, making us feeling more like friends vs. guests. Dropping off a daughter at uni while traveling from afar can be quite tough - but staying in Sheila & Thomas’ lovely home makes things so much easier. Her friendly demeanor, beautiful home and gardens, and willingness to help us in many different ways truly sets this stay apart. Thank you Sheila & Thomas for making our stay in St. Andrews delightful yet again!

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Yorick's home that has been built with much thought and love. They have done a great job at carving out a safe space, which is further amplified by the vast nature and stillness at the doorstep. Meals using vegetables from the garden with other guests facilitated eclectic discussions and I learned a lot. A great wee get-away.

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.

Gunta's B&B was perfect for our single night stay. It was a simple drive from Inverness and made for an enjoyable rest before continuing our journey. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. We felt completely at home.
