Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Una seconda scala in ferro nero, conduce al soppalco intermedio dove è organizzato lo studio. La balaustra diventa il piano di lavoro e si affaccia dalla doppia altezza. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto con bagno interno. I pavimenti sono in cemento resinato e parte con mattonelle in pastina di cemento di recupero; il piano superiore è rifinito con parquet. Particolari gli arredi vintage, l'illuminazione degli ambienti e i quadri di arte contemporanea di un giovane artista-designer siciliano. La casa è dotata di climatizzazione invernale ed estiva, connessione wifi, Tv e lavastoviglie. A pochi chilometri c'è la spiaggia di Porto Palo (Bandiera Blu) con possibilità di gite in barca, voli con ultraleggeri e affitto bici. Nei dintorni, a meno di 25 minuti di auto, si può giocare a golf nello splendido Golf Verdura Resort. Sono facilmente raggiungibili i siti archeologici più importanti di Sicilia: Selinunte (15 minuti), Cave di Cusa (25 minuti), Segesta (45 minuti), Eraclea Minoa (40 minuti) e Agrigento e "Scala dei Turchi" (50 minuti) Da visitare: la città di Sciacca, Sambuca di Sicilia (Borgo più bello d'Italia 2016), il Parco Letterario di Tomasi di Lampedusa a Santa Margherita (15 minuti), il “cretto di Burri" a Gibellina (30 minuti), lo Stagnone di Marsala (Mothia), le Saline e la città di Trapani, Erice (tutti a circa 60 minuti di auto) La città è ben collegata con gli aereoporti Falcone Borsellino di Palermo e Trapani Birgi entrambi raggiungibili in un'ora di auto.

Our home features a king size bed and a sofa bed suited for one adult or two children. Located just a 1.5-hour drive from Palermo Airport, our apartment offers easy access to the center (1 minute walk) where you can explore boutique stores, authentic restaurants, and bars. Beaches are just a 5 min drive.

Mit schwer beladenen Motorrädern war die Zufahrt etwas schwer zu befahren, aber die Lage, die tolle Aussicht von der Terasse auf das Meer, die Ruhe und die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung ließen die Anfahrt schnell vergessen. Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die tolle Badebucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen unscharf Anfang Juni nicht stark besucht. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Carissimo Salvatore, Grazie di cuore per la tua **assistenza pronta e risolutiva** in ogni nostra esigenza, sia per questioni personali che per il problema con l'auto a noleggio. La tua disponibilità è stata fondamentale! Gli appartamenti erano **immacolati** e in ordine perfetto. La location è **tranquilla e silenziosa**, proprio quello che cercavamo per rilassarci. Le **viste dalle finestre (e dai dintorni) sono splendide** e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i **ristoranti eccellenti** della zona. Ma soprattutto, vorrei dirti che la sensazione che abbiamo avuto, fin dal primo momento, è stata quella di essere arrivati **dalla parte di un amico**, non semplicemente in un alloggio in affitto. Serafina is a wonderful host. The apartment is lovely and clean. It’s near enough to town that you can be in centro in a few minutes by car, but removed enough for a peaceful retreat. We had quick access by roadway to Spiaggia Capo San Marco, a breathtakingly beautiful nearby beach. Serafina greeted us with a gift basket and made us feel incredibly welcome after a long drive. When we checked out she brought our daughter an Easter basket of goodies and gave us a bottle of spumanti. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, she just made us feel so welcome. Also she was very patient about my poor Italian! I look forward to returning someday.

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

Lovely stay to relax and explore Sciacca and Agrigento. Would definitely recommend the Valley of the Temples if you can make it. The property is in a stunning location with great views and is incredibly private. The pool was a delight during the warm days and at night you could see many stars in the sky. We loved staying here.

We had a great stay at Salvatore’s place. Comfortable,well equipped and ideally located. Four of us stayed there for three nights playing golf. The town and port were both walkable as were the supermarkets. Will return at some point in the near future without a doubt
