Watch the sheep grazing nearby. A bird sanctuary with over 60 species of birds. Your stay helps us bring life back to the romantic ruins of Skrytín Castle.

Welcome, to our cozy cottage! The house is located in the small town of Herrnhut, which is full of history. The area is great for hiking, mountaineering and going to lakes. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Here you will enjoy true silence, undisturbed nature and complete privacy. ​

You enter a newly renovated old building with lovingly preserved stucco, elegant oak parquet flooring, and a charming color scheme. The modern kitchen invites you to cook together. You have a balcony, two bathrooms, and even a washer-dryer. This is the perfect place to relax after a hiking trip and plan your next leg.

In our multigenerational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodations. An apartment for 4 people is available for our guests. Of course, your vehicle is safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with a barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and also sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

Ottenhain Castle (Manager)

Ottenhain Castle has a very special history. From 1886-1945 it was owned by the Count Chrome family and was used as a kindergarten and community office in GDR times. In the attic, the servants' quarters were housed, which have now been converted into comfortable apartments. It has been in our possession since 2023. The manager's apartment can accommodate up to 6 people on 90 m²: A spacious bedroom impresses with its historic bed.

Our spacious, stylish, modern and extensively equipped apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring the region, which has something to offer with its diverse offerings for nature lovers and active vacationers as well as for lovers of history, art, design and architecture. The approx. 90 m² apartment is located on the second floor, in the center of the historic city of Löbau, right next to the historic city gate.
