The apartment is very nice and welcoming. Located in a quiet area, it is between Loano and Pietra Ligure, so that both are within walking distance. Paola was very helpful, flexible and friendly in providing information regarding the reservation. Highly recommended!

Andrea and his family were perfect hosts and very nice people and the position of the apartment was ideal as it was in close walking distance to the beach,train station and shops. I highly recommend it and would definitely be returning soon! Thank you 😊

We had a really nice 4 days! The house was clean, tidy and spacious...and the hostess left us a perfect foldaway bed for our daughter! The apartment is really comfortable, 5 minutes walk and you are at the sea... you forget about the car... we recommend it and we will definitely come back!

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, and close to the sea and restaurants, private residence with outdoor parking. The accommodation is very functional to live in, beautiful living room with open kitchen, very comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in chill or meal mode. The jetted bathtub is of no interest, however. Clean accommodation with all the cooking basics. Francesco is very attentive. There were 3 of us, but for 4 people the spaces are large enough for everyone. I recommend 👍

Great hosts, quick to communicate answers to any questions and help solve any difficulties. Lovely apartment, well equipped, lots of helpful snacks and hot drinks provided, really close to the old town and the bike garage is well equipped to help you look after and keep your bike safe while staying. I hope to stay again.

A pleasant surprise!! The services offered are valid and of quality. The house has many amenities and the outdoor spaces are spacious and well-equipped. The hot tub after a day at the beach is a healthy touch.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Cozy accommodation in a peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. Paola welcomed us warmly and pleasantly, and was very accommodating. We got lost, and Paola kindly came to pick us up. Thank you again for your kindness and kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. The city center of Finalborgo is just a short walking distance. We did have some issues finding the right house with Google Maps because of the one way street, after that the self check in was well described and really easy.

We stayed with our little dog. The apartment is in a wonderful location a stone's throw from the waterfront and the bathing establishments and behind the main street of the town, full of shops and restaurants. Sabina was very nice and approachable.

AnnaMaria and her family were a wonderful host. We were delighted to meet them and to have discovered that their family also pridely make one of, or the bes Pigato wine of the region. The entire family was just wonderful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Specially travelling with 2 medium size dogs. It was such a treat to get to meet most of the family. The home is just beautiful!!! the landscape was just perfect and what we needed for our vacation. Will definately come back to their home and I have already recommended their home to other friends. We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Coiri. Nicola was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, we felt right at home. Nicola sent us all the information and recommendations for the area beforehand. After our arrival he even gave us delicious food for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Great location! Really a lovely place and equipped with great services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. For children, it's a real paradise, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with great kindness. The accommodation was perfect: good location, spacious, and very well-equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!

We started our vacation with a few days here and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can comfortably walk down and take the special train or bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, but parking is still not a problem. We had plenty of space for two and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden, which you walk around the house to, is spectacular. You could spend the day just looking at the countryside and occasionally using the pool, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.
