Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Our family had an incredible stay at Abraham’s Airbnb in San Pancho. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and charm. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was Abraham’s hospitality—he went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. His local recommendations were spot on, and his kindness made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

Was an epic 11 days with the family, Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and spacious, the pool had clean and fresh water. Daniel was very kind and always attentive. We would definitely stay there again, it's a 5min walk from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. This Airbnb was the highlight of our stay - it was so clean, well-designed, and kept us cool indoors even in the peak heat of the day. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and the view was stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

A very nice and quiet place, the host is very friendly and flexible, the house is super close to the beach, the only problem is that at night there is not much to do, since there are no restaurants nearby, you have to go to downtown Guayabitos, which is about 7 minutes by car.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jez's place. The house was so clean! I slept great because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. One night I even heard the sound of the waves from the ocean as I fell asleep. It has a wonderful front porch that is shady, breezy, and cool with a table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. This was my first time traveling solo in Mexico and I felt safe staying there. It was good to know Jez and her family were right next door if I needed anything, while at the same time having privacy. Highly recommend.

The place is quiet. The space is very spacious and pleasant for my wife and our dogs. It has a beach 5 minutes away on foot and several more within a short drive. There is a specialty cafe 2 blocks away and very good restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back soon.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Our stay was excellent! The house was huge, and we especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The main spaces were great for a large group and the pool was really nice! There’s also a beach club within walking distance that had good food, but it was a little pricier than going into town. It’s a gated community, so it felt safe and secure. Lina responded to us right away, if we ever had questions about anything! Highly recommend, if you have a big group and don’t want to pay hotel prices, but still want to have a luxury stay!

What a beautiful place! And the location is spectacular: close to downtown but on a quiet side street. Water in the kitchen sink and fridge is filtered. We loved making fresh fruit smoothies in the blender. Overall, a great stay, would highly recommend.

Excellent property and neighborhood. It’s a lot larger than the photos show. It’s more like an estate. The pool was great with the waterfall. The upstairs deck was really nice with pretty views of palm trees. The pavilion has fans so it was a really nice climate. The neighborhood is gated and the property is gated as well so the sense of privacy was really nice. Joslin was really helpful with all our questions and requests. The cleaners came mid week as did the landscapers which was appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.
