Silo -Unique One of Kind !

4 miles to main street. One of the most unique experiences in the state of Texas, the Silo represents a piece of Texas history and provides a cozy get-away retreat. Built in 1921, the structure was originally used as a 10,000-bushel peanut silo in Fredericksburg. It was moved to this location in 2008 and restoration began. The ranch has a wide array of wildlife as well as ranch animals such as nannie goats, chickens, and cows. The home is located just outside of town but, close to all the conveniences. This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one.
