“Just back from a fantastic weeks stay with Maja. Never met her personally but her communication whilst there was brilliant, updated us often and her family were so welcoming. Lovely to have the sea right outside the apartment which you don’t get if you stay in old town Kotor. Beautiful view especially during sunset. The apartment is in shade during the morning but we found this helpful as we explored different areas of Montenegro in the morning and timed it to relax in the sun all afternoon/early evening. We hired a car which id definitely advise and Maja recommended the Vrmac walk which is worthwhile for the incredible views of the bay. Would highly recommend a stay here.”
Aparments VACANZA are located on the very shore of the sea in a small and quiet fishing village Ljuta, that is famous for its medieval architecture, decorated with baroque church Sv.Peter of 18th century. Ljuta is located in very heart of the Bay of Kotor, only 7 km from the old city of Kotor and 3km from Perast. Our apartments are all with a beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor and surrounding mountains, a unique combination of mountains and the sea provides an unbelieable sense of enjoyment..
“Very beautiful apartment, very new, very clean and tidy. Looking out from the balcony, the bay is wide and the sea view is very beautiful. I personally feel that the sea view here is better than many apartments in Kotor. 8 Euros from Kotor and 4 Euros from Perast, more suitable for self-driving. However, there is a bus stop Ljuta 150 meters away from the apartment, which can be a blueline bus to Kotor and Perast, 2 euros, and it is also very convenient. The service was very good. Ema greeted her at the door of the apartment. The questions were answered quickly and accurately, and she could also call a taxi. Very good experience, highly recommended!”

“Very characterful stone house; inside stylishly renovated and equipped with every comfort such as 2 showers and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Excellent base to visit the area (Kotor, Perast, Lovcen National Park, ...). Easy communication with Anita. Very quiet location with beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor from the dining terrace (with beautiful large stone tiles as the base). Next to the house there is a small shop (accessible via the decline of the house) where you can buy all daily necessities (such as bread for breakfast). Very handy! The bus stop where the bus to Kotor or Perast stops is nearby. Parking for our rental car was also there. The relatively busy lane runs around the back of the house around the Bay of Kotor but you don't notice it in the house or on the front terrace. In front of the house there is a very quiet street (with hardly any traffic; it was nice to take a little walk there in the evening) that separates the house from the concrete pontoon. You share that pontoon with other people but there is room enough. It is wonderful to enjoy the sun and the views. For the children it was fun to jump from the pontoon into the water. Nearby you could also rent kayaks to explore the bay. We entered Montenegro from Croatia and drove around the bay for a large part. I don't think there are many places that are just as quiet and beautiful as here. Conclusion: recommended!”
