Newly renovated guest house in gorgeous Ljunghusen!

Walking distance to chalk-white beaches and Ljunghuset golf club. You have the whole guest house to yourselves! The guesthouse is about 20 sqm and has a kitchenette as well as a bathroom. The room has a queen size continental bed and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi and TV are available. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Access to patio in southwest location. Possibility to borrow two bikes for lovely excursions to restaurant/ICA (approx. 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (approx. 6 km) and Höllviken (approx. 4 km).

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.

A secluded oasis in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant , local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach.

Cozy cottage in Ljunghusen, with 3 minutes walking distance you easily get down to one of Sweden's best sand beaches. Here you are also close to Tennis, padel and golf facilities. Only 25 minutes to Copenhagen and Malmö airport and 20 minutes into Malmö City. If you are down for the Falsterbo Horse Show, it takes only 10 minutes by car. Close to the cabin you will find lovely restaurants with lake views that are very popular.

We had a fantastic time at Mika’s place. It was a beautiful new house, plenty of space, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication was great and very helpful. The house is in an amazing area, kids loved the beach.

A sliding glass door provides access to the outdoor area, revealing a view of a grassy space and wooden decking. A kitchenette is positioned nearby, featuring a coffee maker and water kettle. A banjo hangs on the wall, adding a unique touch to the room.

We spent 8 days here in April as a family of 4 and had a wonderful time with Johan. The cottage was located in the middle of a quiet residential area on Johan's property. Due to the location on a peninsula, you can reach the beach in every direction within a maximum of 10 minutes. We were even able to borrow 4 bikes from Johann, which we used a lot to explore the area. From the property, it is a few minutes to the nearest supermarket and a great bakery, where you can buy breakfast rolls. You can get to Malmö and Copenhagen very quickly. About the accommodation itself: everything was lovingly decorated, cozy and well equipped. The large double bed was great, the sofa bed for the children was a bit outdated and not too comfortable. Most of all, we missed having enough cooking plates; there was only a single induction plate, which limited us a bit. We highly recommend this place!

Åsa’s place is very comfortable and cosy! It is very nicely furnished with eyes for detail! The outdoor space is very nice to sit and the outdoor shower gives a good refreshment! Very well equipped kitchen so we had everything we needed! Thanks, we would definitely come back!

Thanks for the great time! Super friendly and extremely nice communication with Tony and Elizabeth. The two are always reachable and open to any question and conversations together. It has everything you need and the location right on the beach AND with pool in front of the door is perfect!

Ljunghusen is a place where nature rules. There is no street lighting here – a conscious choice to protect nocturnal animals and preserve the natural darkness. The fauna is protected and the area is characterized by oasis unpaved roads, large plots and strict building restrictions that protect the tranquility and landscape. Ljunghusens Golf Club – one of Europe's most scenic and Scandinavia's first with 27 holes – blends into the coastal landscape with heather, sand dunes and sea views. Staying here is like living in harmony with nature – quiet, beautiful and carefully preserved. Thanks for letting us experience it!
