Monthly Rentals in Ljungaverk

Monika and Matthias are great hosts. We grilled with other guests and everything we needed was there, including seating at the grill. Due to the weather, we were able to enjoy our coffee early in the morning on the small terrace for 3 days. The two take care of their guests, give excursion tips and offer permanent photo opportunities on their property with meadows, flowers, forest, river, many songbirds, owls, deer, geese, moose. Within 40 km there are some excursion options and easy hikes. The burger smithy in Stöde is totally fine, but in the guest house we were able to take care of the kitchen ourselves very well! A wonderful relaxing stay remains in our memory, THANK YOU!

Perfect and beautiful environment. We visited lots. Of lakes and ponds. What we were missing was wood for barbecuing. But as described, there was a fireplace, but that doesn't mean there's wood. Which is often available in most homes. Recommendation to bring your own bag of charcoal, for a perfect experience. Highly recommend this place.

We found Maria and Kent absolutely the best hosts, treated us more like long lost friends. We hope they come to visit us in Australia soon You really need your own transport to get there, we came by train but Kent offered to pick us up from the train station. Next day he took us down to the COOP shop for groceries but it didn't end there he also took us on a tour of the surrounds he is genuinely so proud of the piece of paradise where he lives. On our last day Maria took time off work to drive us back to the railway station. The location is stunning right next to Gissjo, the lake, lovely birch and fir trees all around. All around the lake you see the lovely Swedish farm building and dazzling green fields. Fransta, the township/village looks over Ljungan, a great waterway parts lake parts river. I would rate this place as a must see for any nature lover.

Welcoming reception and the cottage was equipped with every comfort. Everything was neat, sparkling clean and practically furnished (also for children). Thanks for all the good care!
