Το όμορφο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο Εunoia apartment βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Γιαννικάκη στο Ληξούρι της Κεφαλονιάς. Είναι μια ήσυχη, οικογενειακή περιοχή μέσα στη φύση, τις ελιές και τα αμπέλια, ενώ απέχει λίγα μόλις λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης (8 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι).
