Vacation rentals with beach access in Lixouri

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Stella di Mare, the hosts are very welcoming and warm. It has a unique location with everything you could expect from a vacation housing. The only downside is that the road to get to the building is narrow and steep. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Great spot to stay in argostoli. Easy check in with friendly host. Place was clean and as described on the listing. Nice views over the water on the balcony. I would recommend to others looking to stay.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Isadora’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had all the amenities I needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, even leaving some helpful local tips and a welcome treat, which was such a nice touch! Henriette went above and beyond ... collecting us from the airport which made the start of our holiday so much better. Poros is the perfect place to unwind and relax. There are enough bars and restaurants of a good standard to eat somewhere different every day. There is a lovely bakery around the corner where we got our bread, pastries and take away coffee. You can also buy rolls with ham, cheese and salad. The accommodation was sufficient for our needs. There is a grill/microwave which we used to toast our bread and warm up our croissants. A fridge. My advice is to assume you'll eat out every day as the cooking set up in the apartment is not a regular kitchen. Adequate enough for making hot drinks and what I have mentioned already. Shower is great and the water hot. There are two sinks; one in the toilet and one in the shower room. There is an area where to hang your clothes. The balcony is perfect for people watching and eating your breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Everything was just as advertised, we had a wonderful stay and can’t thank our host enough for the attention to detail and lovely extra touches… would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!! Keep doing what you are doing perfect host!!

Amazing property in a stunning location. You definitely need a car to get around the island but Skala is 10 minute drive away and there is a private beach only a 2 minute walk. Thanks Chloe !

It was our first visit to the island and we explored a lot! We are so happy we chose this home. It was exactly as described. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the patio each morning and night. It was very peaceful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our travels between 3 rentals, We were fortunate that grapefruit and lemons were in season. What a treat those gifts were. I prepared dinner on our last night and all I needed was available and clean! The home was co clean. It was such a please to speak often with this couple. I’ll de dreaming of our stay.

What an amazing place!! Cannot wait to return…Kefalonia and the villa was amazing. The villa is even better than the pictures. Really clean, modern, private and relaxing. Great location for exploring the island. Pantelis provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The cleaner also provided a wonderful service and worked really hard keeping all four villas in pristine condition. There’s a lovely little beach 5 minutes walk from the villa. Argostoli capital is a 15 minute drive away and is a lovely place to visit, head down there early and see the fisherman feed the turtles. We fell in love with Kefalonia and the villa and would definitely return.

This is a beautiful well laid out villa. Everything inside and out was immaculate and well equipped. We have rented many villas but the 10m salt water pool here has to be the best we have had. You can walk (without hills) 10 minutes to good restaurants but the 3 villas are in a private gated drive, making it feel very peaceful and secure. Anastasios and Marilena were incredibly helpful without being intrusive and very nice people to deal with. Book it - you won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

Had a great time - the house is perfect for families with small kids, ours absolutely loved the garden and the swing. Also, there is a large tree which provides shade and acceptable temperature even around noon (30+ degrees). Pebbly beach with cristalclear water just across the street and several beautiful beaches in walkable distance. Beautiful sand beach ~10 mins drive. The house itself has a large, very nice living room/kitchen and has everything one needs with two small kids. Chara was an amazing host, helped with everything and also got the dishwasher repaired within a few hours when it stopped workinf mid-week. Highly recommended!

We had a really lovely stay at the Endless Blue House. The house was perfect - big comfortable bed, beautiful private garden, and the BBQ and Hot Tub were great additions. Having immediate access to the stunning crystal clear blue sea was incredible and much needed. Shops and tavernas in Sami are only a 5/10 minute walk away along the adjacent path, with a variety of excellent food on offer. Pantazis was an excellent host - would highly recommend hiring one of his motor boats to explore the coast and nearby beaches. Overall a great holiday.

We spent a wonderful vacation at Kritamos Home. Maria is a great host (along with her husband). On one day, she even delighted us with a traditional home made greek meal. The house is very nice, perfectly clean, AC working well. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had all the things we needed, the bathroom was pretty nice and provided enough space for us. Finally, the living room was beautiful. All the furniture in the house is of high quality. There were three tables (two inside, one outside) where we could eat. The village of Pesada has a very nice and easy accessible beach (10 minute walk from the house), but a bit crowded in the afternoons. There is a single store in the village, so a car might be useful (but you will want one anyway to visit as much as possible of Kefalonia). Argostoli (the capital) is the nearest town, a 10-12 minutes drive. But the entire island of Kefalonia is worth exploring. In all, I recommend with all my heart a vacation In Kefalonia at Maria's place.

The most amazing place to stay in Assos. Quiet and private but right in the action. Easy to walk around around the village and enjoy the beach. The house is unbelievably good. 3 levels of class and comfort.

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

Having never been to Kefalonia before, my partner and I had some initial trepidation in coming here for our holiday. We were aware that it was a fairly big island and wanted to get a rental car in order to travel around. George gave us a trusted and affordable car rental company who met us at the airport which completely took stress out of the whole process. George met us outside the flat and instantly made us feel welcome. He sat us both down and gave us some ideas for things to do around the island as well as some very good local restaurant recommendations which we took full advantage of. He lived just across the hall but we didn’t hear a peep from him until it was time to leave. George had also stocked the fridge with water and supplied us with enough coffee to last us our whole stay, and some (it was great coffee). We will miss both George and Kefalonia and hope to be back soon, what a place.

The condo was situated in a great location in Argostoli. It was a nice 10-15 min walk along the waterfront to the main square where there were plenty of good restaurant options. The view from the condo was amazing to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. The living area was spacious and nice to relax in. We did find the beds to be quite firm (just our preference though). The condo is situated on levels 2 and 3 of an apartment building and we noticed the entrance to the building and stairwell/lift smelt like gas - Marina assured us it was safe but it wasn’t a nice smell when entering the building. You could smell the gas a little bit inside the entrance area to the condo also.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful place to stay in Assos.

Spot on, as an airbnb host it is quite a task to hit everything for the guest’s pleasure & taste. Erasmia did just that. I feel like the stay was almost like home for me. Highly recommended & great value I suggest you book it.
