Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Whether it's fishing, relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the patio listening to the river, this farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for the whole family to stay.

The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Located in the center of the vibrant town of Livingston Manor, Casita Ayo is the perfect place for the city people who want to get away, but not too far away. Just a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, coffee and ice cream shops, breweries, bars, hikes, fishing, pilates, and did we mention lots of delicious food! Comfortably accommodates 5, but can sleep 6. We can accommodate fury pals for an additional cleaning fee. In town, not remote.
