I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

The blue ox was everything that was described! Kerri was also very friendly and very helpful when reaching out to her. The location is also a great location. So many places around and not too far from downtown.

No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

After my previous Airbnb fell through last minute, we were so relieved to find this place available for the Society of American Archaeologists annual conference. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home—everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Staying here truly felt like a dream come true, and honestly, we wish I’d booked with them from the start. Highly recommended!

GREAT place to stay for a solo traveler. Great hostess and was always responsive. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the private fridge and also the accommodation of the coat coming from a warm climate it was SO appreciated by the hostess. She had great direction and I checked in no issues and free convenient parking for own car. Just an easy way to see and visit Denver and close to everything you would need in downtown Denver or even when I needed an hour a half visit to somewhere, it was just easy to get to and back. THANK you so much to Emily for providing me the coat and the space heater to someone who didn't prepare very well for the coldness of the trip. GREAT availability of the tv to watch as well with bathroom amenities if you had forgotten toiletries.

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

I loved staying at Tama’s! The neighborhood was beautiful and great to walk around. The space was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. I hope to stay with Tama again!

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

We loved our time at Perla’s place. It was the perfect place to rest our head after our full days of hiking and walking around Denver. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Perla.

Rachel and Noah were great hosts! They gave clear instructions, were very responsive, and had great recommendations. The listing is bigger than expected and the yard space was perfect! I would recommend this listing and save it for future visits if needed. Great Job!!

Due to flight delays we didn’t arrive to Nancy’s place till 10:30pm. Nancy was happy to meet us and provide us with the key and garage remote and recommend things that we might want to do. She was always quick to respond to any communication we had. We would stay again if/when we return to Denver. Her place was clean and comfortable.

Ryan and Lindsay were very responsive from my initial inquiry to answering any questions throughout our stay. The space was clean and quiet. We did not hear noise from the living area above us. We generally are very low key and like to just putt around and keep to ourselves for the most part. They respected that and made sure we had what we needed at the same time. We appreciate the time we had away to just relax and be in a peaceful quiet place. Thank you!!

Ethan was extremely proactive during our entire stay. He checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, recommended many great places, and helped us efficiently get to the Red Rocks Amphitheater (less than 15 minutes away)! The space was pristine, as described, and very comfortable. All of the necessary amenities were provided and then some! Check-in was a breeze and the space felt nice and private. We hope to stay again during our next trip to Denver!

Family of 3. Stayed for three nights for a visit with daughter, and concert (Brit Floyd) at Red Rocks. The apartment was the perfect location for us. Close to family and venue. Clean, as described. Tenants on first floor, quiet and respectful. Would 100% stay again!

Do NOT hesitate to book this air bnb! Great host, great space to use as your home base when in Denver. In addition, 5 min away is a hip little neighborhood with great restaurants with offerings for morning coffee to dinner. Space well cared for, immaculate, well thought out details and wonderful responsive host. Honestly, do not hesitate to book!

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to Red Rocks and downtown Golden. The bed was very comfortable! There was a hiccup at the start with the cleaning team, but Lori addressed it straight away and made things right on a proactive basis. It's not a huge space, but it was enough for the two of us and well-organized, tidy, smart, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Seems like new furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. It is located in the basement of the main home, and there is a little one and a dog, so you can occasionally hear family life, but that was no issue for us. Lori offered advice for places to go and enjoyed the tips. Thank you to Lori and the team, would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown and other local attractions. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which was a big plus. An unexpected snowfall on the first day was a lovely surprise, but even with the snow, it was still easy to find the home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This Guest Suite was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought went into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. There were so many small, thoughtful touches that really stood out—like a beautiful arrangement of fresh tulips that made the suite feel extra special. They really thought of everything you might need. The space was even roomier than I expected. Everything was spotless and exactly as described, if not better. The bed and pull-out couch were both incredibly comfortable, and we all slept well. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book a return trip.

What an amazing basement. So tastefully decorated and everything you need. Great quality linen and towels. Jessica was a wonderful host and we can highly recommend this amazing rental. It’s a great location so close to DU with lots of restaurants.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment felt like a home away from home with luxury. The shower was my favorite part. The location is far enough away from the action to be quiet but close enough to be accessible to everything by foot and scooter. We will be back!
