Wonderful place to stay. I could go on and on about it, but then it would be booked out constantly and I want to keep going back! It’s my 4th time staying there since 2022 and every time is better than the next. Thank you for offering such a lovely home away from home.

Beautiful home. Truly staying in someone's well-cared for, artistic and beloved home. So different than staying in cookie cutter apartment or condo. And Tracy is so kind and caring. 10 out of 10!

A lively seaside location and had everything I needed. Great bed and laundary facilities plus the views were simply stunning! And there was more ✅the backery rigth downstairs was a plus! ✅Akoroa Dolphin, also rigth downstairs, cannot say enough good things about this crew!!

Perfect place to stay in Christchurch CBD. Great location, being in the city but still feels private as the unit is away from the road. Very clean and tidy, and had everything you’d need. Such a lovely spot and this will be our first pick when visiting Christchurch again.

We had a wonderful time at Denise and Regs place and they made us very welcome. Wonderful spot, beautiful garden and great trail path which was such fun to explore. Accommodation was perfect and all we wanted and would have love to stay longer. Loved the local area so picturesque and beautiful

Wonderful getaway. Easy walk to small supermarket. Nice private deck to look out at hills. Very little activity on street. Spotless inside. New building that is maintained well. Great for short or long stays. Well equipped.

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment, right down to the smaller detail (fresh flowers, bath sheets, lots of coat hangers, bed side lamps and USB chargers!). Centrally located, quiet, apartment - exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Chch.

What a wonderful location and fabulous accommodation just as described. Easy to locate, with uncomplicated parking and access. Everything was available at the accommodation with little touches that had been carefully considered. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. The view from the bedroom window and the small balcony , was just lovely and the whole space created a relaxed and enjoyable break. Thank you to Carolyn for great communication. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!
