Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cara was amazing and very responsive and made everything easy. The check-in process was smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Chill refuge in the midsts of NY bustle and speed. Stayed with Daqual for nearly 3 weeks for a grad school intensive program. It was a perfect place to land after 12 hour work days. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Private room and bath is a rare find, clean and comfortable. Staying with someone you don’t know for that long can be a gamble but I feel like I struck the cosmic lottery by booking with Daqual. He is kind, easy going, great boundaries, helpful with navigating the city and a super interesting person. Stahing here made a generative trip even better. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
The shared living area features light hardwood flooring and bright white walls. A wooden table is centrally located, surrounded by chairs. A white couch and colorful play area are visible, with large windows allowing natural light. Personal items, including toys, are present, reflecting a family-oriented space.

Unmatched Stay | Skyline views. Gym

Great hotel, nice & clean, convenient to subway, shops & restaurants, helpful staff, free coffee & tea in the AM. Fast elevators. Appears to have a nice restaurant, but we never ate there. Nice work space off the lobby. The only thing I didn't appreciate was at checkout, I was charged an additional $50 per night for what they call an "amenity fee" who knows what that's for. Desk staff told me it was for things like internet, but when you use their WIFI it says complimentary, so go figure. I think this should have been included in the price you pay and not a surprise when you check out. My Airbnb says they should have charged this BEFORE check-in. They never told me about it when I checked in and I only noticed it when I was looking at my credit card transactions a day before checking out. At check-in, they only told me there would be a $150 damage deposit which I understood. So be aware! Otherwise it was a great stay, and their prices were reasonable compare to other options.

Master Bedroom - Unbelievably RARE Penthouse Oasis

I had a wonderful time staying with Nader and Evie and their two lovely cats! They are amazing hosts and were always down for a chat, were very quick to respond, super helpful and had great tips for things to do. The appartment was very nice, I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline and I slept very well in the lovely bed. The neighborhood is fantastic as well. You’re surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, and cafés. And you can get anywhere super easily with the metro and a lot of places are also withing walking or biking distance. I can definitely recommend staying with them when visiting NYC! It was my first time visiting NYC, but if, or I should probably say when, I return I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Evie and Nader again!

Pia was very responsible and had clear instructions throughout. She messaged frequently to see if we needed anything or had any questions at all. The place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again if I come back to the city.
An indoor bar area features a lush canopy of greenery overhead, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The centerpiece is a neatly arranged bar with colorful bottles lined on shelves. Several small tables are surrounded by chic seating, each adorned with a flickering candle and a decorative flower.
