Outside there is a beautiful south facing garden which backs onto farmland. There is ample parking to the rear. Travel cot (no linen) and high chair are available. Pooches welcome.

This cosy Grade II listed 17th century cottage is next to the village church of Campsea Ashe and is ideally located for Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, heathlands and forests, as well as Snape Maltings, Orford, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. Adjoining Smithy House and the old forge, it has lots of character with a carefully curated interior, a wood burning stove, and use of a private part of the garden. It is a 6 minute walk from the train station, the Station House Café and the village pub.

There are some lovely walks directly accessed via the back garden. The local pub has great food and is proving extremely popular with guests. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
