The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. If needed there is also a single sofa bed. Explore the cities of Oxford and Bath or the nearby Cotswold villages. This is ideal cycling and walking country with the Ridgeway and the Uffington White Horse close by. The village has a great pub within a two minute walk, or relax and watch the sun set in our wild-flower field.

The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.
