Lovely home in Little Chalfont

JennyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A wonderful place to stay. It was as described and as the photos. An amazing garden and we were very lucky it was sunny as there is loads of outdoor seating in the sunny garden. Spacious house and comfortable furniture. And very clean. Wendy even left us a few items to eat and drink in the fridge too. She met us when we arrived and showed us around. The house had everything you needed (although a cafetière would have been nice for the morning coffee hit! But we managed to make a makeshift one with a jug and sieve!). It was located less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Quite hard to find - the entrance is just before the bus stop. Can recommend Rucola Italian restaurant and the local shops had all you needed. A wonderful stay for the three nights and a responsive and welcoming host. Thank you.

Nestled in nature.

This is a special and tranquil place nestled in the woods of Shardeloe Farm. Josie was an exceptionally helpful host. She went the extra mile to help us to light the wood burning fire on a chilly evening. Definitely recommend.

Secluded Amersham ensuite Barn ,with parking

So much better than a hotel. Private, beautiful, peaceful. A nice park nearby. Very clean. Tea, coffee, and biscuits available. A lovely garden. I would have needed a car or driver to get to more food, but it was close to my family, so I had no problem. I would love to stay there again.

The Cosy Cottage. in Old Soles bridge Lane

StephenRating, 5 starstoday
A lovely little place to stay. I briefly met Aisha and her husband who were lovely and the dog is beautiful and friendly. The place itself is lovely and cozy with everything you need, comfy bed plus a couple of extras thrown in. The location is also lovely and quiet with a few local pubs in the area to find some nice food. I would happily stay here again. I would recommend staying here.

Stunning Romantic Retreat with breakfast

NyvesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The perfect stay! Absolutely beautiful. Great for everything and anything you want but most of all stopping and enjoying the peace and pace of nature with the red kites, deer, bunnies and lovable dogs it is everything we could’ve asked for. The host Mary and her family are lovely and very welcoming. We will be back! Thank you 😊

I can't say enough great things about this place, it's a true gem! A truly magical experience, the attention to detail and the whole atmosphere and feel of The Wizards Retreat is amazing, you can tell how much care and love has gone into creating it! Dan & Lydia are wonderful accommodating hosts, clear instructions and quick to respond throughout. Perfect location for the Harry Potter studio tour a short drive away! Couldn't recommend highly enough, and I'm sure we'll return again soon! Mischief managed....for now x

Spacious 4 bed with driveway

KatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a really great stay at Rajan’s house. The home was very spacious and well kept. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory, although all other spaces were excellent too. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding ….everything was good. On the odd occasion that we needed to contact Rajan, he was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again if it was avavailable!

The Old Rectory Cottage

SaraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a really cute country cottage which has been decorated with care and is all newly equipped. Comfy beds, nice kitchenware, plush towels. The lock box to get in was useful. Pleasant communication with the owners who were available if we needed them but everything went smoothly. We loved being able to have morning tea in the pretty garden, and would enjoy the fireplace inside in winter time. A great place for walkers as its in the chess valley but you'll need a car to get to the local supermarket.
