The Kitchen/Lounge area is fitted with an Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Includes Microwave, kettle, toaster and is equipped with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc.

Our newly decorated and well-maintained private guest studio is perfect for short stays in the city. The studio contains a separate kitchenette & en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a 42" wall mounted TV for relaxing. Conveniently located and equidistant between Chelmsford city centre and Broomfield hospital, it takes 5-10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes if you prefer to walk. The local shop (Co-Op), petrol station (Apple) and bus stop are all no more than a 2 minute walk away.

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.
