The Brikawood tiny house is located within EHCO, the Peysoup Mill Eco-School, a place that opened to the public in spring 2025, after nearly 6 years of creation and adventures. Built in connection with the municipality and the Médoc Regional Natural Park, we offer the curious from here and elsewhere a dozen unusual habitats to discover new concepts of eco-designed, innovative and comfortable housing to share and relax in the middle of nature... not to mention the bar-guinguette!

We welcome you to a 1730 stone house with lots of charm. Composed of two bedrooms upstairs, a very spacious master bedroom with shower room! On the ground floor an entrance, toilet, shower, cellar, fully equipped kitchen dining room. Jacuzzi is available as an extra and upon reservation!

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
