The centerpiece is a large conservatory that lets you experience Sylt close to nature in every wind and weather. With its large garden (about 800 m plot) and the spacious layout, our house is ideal for families. The east beach, which is particularly popular with families with children, is about 800 m away, while the west beach with volleyball court and dog beach is 15 minutes away by bike.

Hello and welcome to the "Wattläufer" in List (Mellhörn district). The apartment under thatched roofs lives up to its name: it is only 200 meters to the east beach. There is sea in the Wattläufer for breakfast: the apartment offers a direct sea view. On 2 levels there is also a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a kitchen with dishwasher (in the basement) as well as a south terrace and a "beach hollow" with beach chair.

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.
