The stay was great :) nice small apartment - great for one or a pair. It was clean and very accessible. It is a communal location - so you hear the neighbors but it’s not a huge problem. They were super helpful and helped me with my parking ticket I got. Good location & accessible by car or even foot to many places. Would recommend :)

Simply perfect! It was like being at home, Barbara provided us with information and directions on where to go or on activities in the area, she was super responsive and very kind, she helped us with check-in and check-out without problems, like a breeze, what can I say, it was fantastic! Wonderful apartment, specially for motorsport enthusiasts. We spent 3 nights while attending a motorsport event at Monza and could not have hoped for a better place to stay - it's close to the circuit, well connected and has all the amenities. AC works well which was a blessing in the heat. Great restaurants, takeaways and supermarket close by. Wonderful host, responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended! Francesca was very friendly and helpful, catering for all our needs. She communicated very well and helped the accommodation feel like home. The location was perfect for with local transport close too travel too other destinations surrounding Milan. We cant thank Francesca enough and we will be returning soon!

Cinzia is a very good-natured and very kind host. She lives downstairs. Her house has two balconies, full of flowers. The house has a lot of books. It is a home full of flowers and books. One night when we were in Milan, she prepared us endless food, yogurt, sparkling water, still water, juice, milk, and a basket of fruit and red, white, and pink wine, which made us feel spoiled, and we didn't have to go to the supermarket to shop, thank you so much.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Huge nice and clean apartment in a nice area, nice restaurant found and had quickly an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear could safely park the car and we got very good tips on nice eateries nearby, huge thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

Staying at Paola’s really felt like staying at a relatives place. Thanks to the involvement of her family members, check in was really easy. The apartment is situated in a handy down town location 10 min walk from the main train station. Located closely to Lima underground station with a supermarket and bakery next door as well. Security was perfect, we felt safe and the apartment was ideal for our stay. Paola generously offers up many little extras to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The outdoor verandah area is a nice little bonus too. Highly recommended.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

Davide was the best host, all his recommendations were great and he was extremely responsive. The apartment was perfect for a two people stay (couple). There’s a lot of storage space. The apartment is modern and the finishes are high quality. Highly recommend this place!

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
