Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.

In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.

War alles super. Sehr schöne, liebevoll und aussergewöhnlich gestaltete Anlage. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Unterkunft nur eine Toilette hat. Bei einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten etwas schwierig. Aber wir haben alles gut hinbekommen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Robbert hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hausboot hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, es war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende ausgestattet. Der Check in und Check out war super organisiert und vor allem die einfache Kommunikation hat uns gut gefallen. Zusätzlich kam während unseres Aufenthalts der Besitzer vorbei um bei starkem Wind und Regen nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Wir würden gerne bald wiederkommen!!

Had a great stay at Joosts House! Its easy to reach different places such as Noordwijk or Leiden and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the Whirlpool and spacious living room and Kirchen which ist great for big groups. Communication was great, thanks a lot!

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Jugendlichen eine ganz tolle Zeit. Das garstige Wetter draußen hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, denn das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer und die tolle Sauna bieten eine perfekte Alternative zu Strand und Radfahren. Das Interieur ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Lage schön ruhig und dennoch sind Strand und Supermärkte in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
