Our house is on the edge of Ballyaughan village, a short( 9 min) walk to centre of village. This traditional styled 2 storey house was comprehensively refurbished in July 2018 with new kitchen and bedroom, with an open plan living space ideal for families and groups of adults The house has oil fired central heating and a solid fuel stove. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite. The listed price is all inclusive, there are no extra charges. FTTH( Fiber to the home broadband) is now available.

The Cuckoo's Nest is a newly renovated cottage located just a two minute walk to the famous O'Connor's Pub, which has traditional music every night in the main tourist season and every weekend outside of this time. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two en suite with the third having a bathroom to itself, located just outside of the main bedroom area. The house is close to the village of Doolin with its Pubs & music, and also close to the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher & the Wild Atlantic Way. Our house is adjacent to a working farmyard.
