Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom/loft (2m standing height) with one 90 cm bed. In the accommodation there is also free Wi-Fi, Smart TV (terrestrial channels only), One 80 cm wide and 40 cm high inflatable mattress (built-in electric pump). Outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. About a 10-minute walk to Nybro center, about 20 minutes by car to Kalmar, is this fully furnished accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen (about 47 sqm) with a private entrance. Within walking distance, there is a McDonald's, restaurant/pizzeria, Malkas gym and O&B, about 800 meters. Nybros ice rink, 700 m Bus stop, 200 meters Riksglasskolan A campground with a swimming lake, 200 m. Slalom slope and ski and exercise trails about 2.5 km. NOTE! The house is centrally located with proximity to city life and good public transport, which means a certain level of noise from traffic.

Erik's cottage, Skedebäckshult

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Here you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. You can hike on the beautiful forest roads, pick blueberries and just enjoy the tranquility. To the nearest swimming lake, Rismåla Göl, it is only 4 km. In winter, you can ski in Svartbäcksmåla - which you can get to in 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store is in Nybro, about 7 km. You can easily get to different places in the Glass Kingdom by car within 60 minutes, such as Kosta. Kalmar Castle and also Öland are only 40 km away. Dogs are welcome. Cleaning and bed linen are not included.
