Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lipno Dam

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

The place is ideal for families with children. In the barn there are a lot of vehicles such as tractors, bicycles, excavators, hay, etc. ... and 2 large swings. A paradise for the children!! By the stream are hammocks that invite you to dream. In the kitchen there is everything you need for large families. Pots and dishes. We were very pleased!!!

A very nice place to stay in a quiet village, great for relaxing and exploring the area. The hostess is super sweet.

We spent wonderful Christmas holidays at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Highlighted are the cozy beds, we slept wonderfully:-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of treats. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to let off steam directly at the house in the snow (sled and Bob are provided) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all a perfect holiday. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

Central location, cozy decor, which now looks a bit unloved due to the many stays. Great view over Linz, super quiet location and yet quickly in the city and on public transport. Communication was also great, Klaus responded quickly and precisely. Thanks!

We felt comfortable with Michaela all around. The apartment really leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished and decorated. You feel like home. It was also very clean. We had the best time! We stayed for one week and enjoyed everything about the apartment! The view and location right by the lake is at its best! We went for skiing in Lipno + Austria, which was perfectly doable from Frymburk. We were provided with a storage unit for our outdoor equipment and could park right in front of it, which made it fairly easy for us! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean + well equipped. Michal and his dad are very friendly and welcoming! What we didn't see coming: they offered daily breakfast per request and even accommoadated with vegan options. They really went out of their way to be the perfect hosts! we'd come bac The spa/wellness area is in a different building but easily accessible. You need to put in a reservation beforehand and get a preheated sauna, warm water in the hot tub, lounge music and a cozy atmosphere! higly recommended! I could mention more aspects which make the place very worthwhile but let's leave it at that: it's a 5/5! We'd come back

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. It's definitely a great choice for first-time visitors to Passau. Very fortunate, my journey to Passau can begin here!

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We were there with 8 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 3 years old. The house is very beautiful and the surrounding is more than beautiful and peaceful. It’s a very private place with Perfect heated pool, plenty of gaming options for both kids and adults. We strongly recommend this place for families with kids and who is looking for a private scenic and calm place to stay.
