The house is ideally located: - in the heart of a Landes village, shops within walking distance - 20 min to the beaches - 15 minutes from Lac de Léon - 20 minutes from Dax - 30 minutes from Bayonne - 1 hr 15 min from Bordeaux Sheets and towels are provided.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Holiday home in Linxe – between forest and ocean. Ideal for a quiet stay, it consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The main living room includes an open kitchen with central island, overlooking a bright living room with access to the garden on the edge of the forest. The cleaning will be done by you if this is not the case, a payment of 120 euros will be requested upon departure.
