A little paradise right in the center of the village of Linxe! Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa. Holiday home in Linxe – between forest and ocean. Ideal for a quiet stay, it consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The main living room includes an open kitchen with a central island, overlooking a bright living room with access to the garden on the edge of the forest. Cleaning will be done by you. if this is not the case, a payout of 120 euros will be requested upon your departure.

This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.
