Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Ricke" in Krombach is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Furnished with high-quality inventory, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a living room with sofa bed and large-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The facilities leave nothing to be desired! A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Animals are welcome. Dog/cat/mouse :-) €10 per night extra.

A small terrace with privacy and direct access to the apartment gives the apartment a special flair. The fold-out "living area" can make room for 1-2 more people.

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the mill building. Where the flour was once ground, a modern apartment has been created that invites you to feel good with many cozy details. We as hosts live in the neighboring building and are very happy to help guests. The apartment belongs to our farm, where ponies, dogs, cats and ducks live. A beautiful playground and a large meadow invite you to play.
