Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Niels’s place is like a home away from home in all senses. He welcome us with treat for the kids and enough drinks for all (he went above and beyond). We were able to check in and check out very flexible. The apt has everything and more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, enjoyable balcony with a quiet sitting area, squeaky clean bathroom and toilet. It’s very easy to get around by foot, with public transportation or with a car. Overall the apt had a high quality standard. The area around is beautiful to have a walk, with playgrounds for kids. I highly recommend Niels’s place and I’m pretty sure I will be coming back. Having experience with Airbnb over the world, this is one of the best places I ever been. Thank you Niel.

The stay was excellent. The area is very quiet, we had our own parking space and the possibility to charge our hybrid vehicle for a fee. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with everything you need and simply a wonderfully beautiful style in the interior. The terrace was also very cozily designed and most used by us, thanks to nice weather. The hosts are very friendly, responded quickly to emerging questions and gave us everything we needed for the check-in in advance. You can tell from the communication and the apartment itself that the family are heartfelt hosts. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at the apartment was really great and I felt very comfortable. The apartment has a very central location and quick access to shops and the highway. Communication was really great and there was a quick answer to questions. Hosts are very friendly.
