The cottage is built in 2022 and is fully equipped. In the cabin, there is one 160-cm double bed and one sofa bed for one person. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens & towels can be rented. A boat with oars and 1 canoe are available to borrow free of charge. Free Parking . Charging for electric vehicles is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 min to Kolmården. 5 minutes from E4’an.

Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. We will be happy to help with info.

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. There is play and relaxation for both adults and children. Take the SUP boards and walk down to the lake. Kick a ball and jump on the trampoline in the garden. Bathe in the jacuzzi and barbecue a good dinner on the patio. With a crackling fire in the stove, multiple TVs with Netflix, and large sofas to relax on, you can enjoy your vacation in any weather. You will sleep comfortably in beds for 4 people, with the option of extra beds for up to 8 people. Linens and bath linen are included.

Norrköping S (Norsholm)

Cozy and newly-renovated guest house by Lake Roxen. Here you can enjoy the forest that is next door, birds chirping, beautiful Göta Canal and its boats. The beach is within walking distance of the house. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. Sofa bed 140 cm folded out. In Norsholm you can find nice restaurants, ICA Nära and café. Distance to Linköping and Norrköping is 20 minutes and popular Kolmården can be reached in 40 minutes.

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. When You take Your car (there are no buses) to Linköping You can find much to do. The house hold two bicycles to use. Tax is included in THE price Welcome 20 minutes from Linköping by car!
