The cottage was built in 2022 and is fully equipped. The cottage has 1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 120 cm sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking is available outside the cottage. Charging for electric cars is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 minutes to Kolmården. 5 minutes from the E4 highway.

Here you live simply but fabulously. The cottage is off-grid but with practical solutions for a comfortable stay. Tourist attractions such as the Göta Canal, the Nordic region's largest inland swimming area and Bergs locks are close by. Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. Upon your arrival, we welcome you and go through all the practicalities that come with an off-grid home. Welcome!

Tallberga guest house with beautiful views near Linköping

Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

Stuga and Rimforsa.

A nice accommodation in Rimforsa near Lake Åsunden and Järnlunden where it is nice to swim, canoe and fish. We have a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, patio with barbecue and a sofa bed in case one or two people want to come along. Shop, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance. Activities: Hiking, boating, tennis, paddle, viewpoints, rock climbing, caves, MTB facility, skating (winter), canoeing, cycling and fishing. Bicycles and canoes are available to borrow.

Maison Juniper - Private cabin

Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Ca 2,5h till Stockholm och ca 3h till Göteborg. Huset passar bäst det upptäckande/aktiva paret eller den lilla familjen. Vi hjälper gärna med info.

Private cottage 50 meters from Stångån

This cozy cottage is located in a high and peaceful location with a beautiful view of Kinda canal with bathing facilities and boat traffic in the summer. The cabin has two floors with a larger bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchenette on the ground floor and two smaller lofts with single beds on the upper level, no standing height. Toilet and shower are in our house next door. Outside the cabin is a large wooden deck with plenty of seating. Water is found outside the door or in the bathroom.

Peaceful lakefront cottage

Sjönära. Beläget i soligt söderläge med sjöutsikt mot Roxen och Linköpings stadssiluett. Generös terrass för avkoppling i lugn miljö. Kontinentalsängar i sovrummen kan arrangeras som dubbel- eller enkelsängar. Bubbelpool kan bokas mot avgift året runt. Avskilt boende utan närliggande grannar. Brygga med roddbåt och badmöjlighet under säsong. Allmän badstrand samt skogar och ängar finns i närheten. Notera: Ett badrum med låg takhöjd. Passar upp till 4 gäster, särskilt vid längre vistelser.

Mormorstugan

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Här kan du känna historiens vingslag i väggarna. Soldattorp 119 är ett välbevarat 1600-tals torp som renoverats med känsla och varsamhet. Torpets historia och själ är bevarad, men samtidigt utrustat det för att passa den moderna gästens alla önskningar. Hela interiören andas lugn, när du kliver över tröskeln genom de ockragula dubbeldörrarna, tar en kopp kaffe på glasverandan eller lyssnar till regnet i vår favoritfåtölj så känns vardagens stress redan avlägsen.
