Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar sund, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area yet central and close to everything that Kalmar has to offer! It includes a parking space on its own property. It's no coincidence that Kalmar is postponed to Sweden's summer city! Small patio in nice setting.

We had a nice stay at Andreas and Mikaela place. The house has 3 bedrooms, and can sleep a family of 5 people comfortably. It was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor seating area is really nice. Mikaela was very responsive and provided helpful tips and answers to our questions. Would consider staying at their house again for future trips to Kalmar.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but also not far from the city center, shops, restaurants. There was everything you needed.

Cozy little cabin that corresponded exactly to the description. The use of the toilet was no problem at all as the instructions are well described. In addition, we booked a delicious breakfast that you can enjoy nicely on the terrace.

Very enjoyable few days spent at Linda and Costa's family home. This was a great spot for the IronMan event in Kalmar - a short drive away. The home exceeded our expectations. We loved the peaceful location and opportunity to get out the coastal nature reserve. The ICA suprtmarket is conveniently near and has all you need.
