We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Surrounded by extensive pine forests and fish ponds, the crowing of the rooster still characterizes the daily routine, the arrival and departure of the migratory birds throughout the year. An ideal location to take a break and recharge.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

In the surrounding area, you can switch off from everyday life with walks along the waterfront, an ice cream at the nearby city harbor or a visit to the historic castle garden. Idyllic pasture bliss

I am a tiny house, which was founded on a horse trailer over 100 years old. Staying with me can give you the necessary rest and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a retrospective of the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm back then. Enjoy the time, listen to nature, see the details and be a part of everything.

Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable on about 60 square meters. Sustainable and natural materials were used and, for example, the field stone construction method has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house gives a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Guest suite on the edge of the forest, time out

In our lovingly renovated and furnished guest suite on the edge of the forest, you will find peace and quiet. This is the place to read, write, meditate, cook, star gaze, mushroom forage, feed chickens, for campfires, forest walks and animal watching. If you want to switch off for a while and enjoy nature, this is the place. The place is also well suited for longer breaks, such as writing a book.

You are most welcome and will find pure peace and relaxation in our lovingly furnished and fully equipped holiday home in nature. We are located on the border of Saxony in the Elbe-Elster Land, 12 minutes by car from the highway.
